Nearly a full house now Hello everyone.

Tip I was in poxy humour for a couple of days earlier this week. I even considered heading off to the pub for the afternoon at one stage but I didnt. I recognise after my time on here that that kind of humour is a big trigger for me and I was able to get through it. Whats more is I didnt even want a drink really. So buddy try and work out what it is that is triggering this and it might all become a bit clearer. Hope you find wherever you missplaced your bounce because it would be a lot duller place here without your bouncyness.

I agree, we all go through times when we feel like shite, but it always passes...sometimes it feels like forever though.
Hang in there Tigger, the bouncing tiger will be back where he belongs soon.
