        Thanks for the encouragement Bridge. But i feel it starting to take over. Vegie soup is great. But having it for brekkie, ok, once, twicw?...fine, but day after day?....Nup. Somethings definately up.

                    Mr G, make sure you get down the coast for a few days...Set a day to leave...

                    Getting away and especially the ocean (for me at least) is really healing...

                    But then, I do a weird meditation thing for 5 minutes on the beach, before I head out into the surf..

                    Could be a hippie, except weed gives me a panic attack and I really like eating animals...LOL

                            In all seriousness ..I took refuge many years ago... I don't LOVE my practice of late..but buddhism is always a good match for me ..I've got a feeling it is for you Mr G....nighty darlin'
