    I've done a few.... I found them confronting...but they are nothing if not that.... I was bored a lot...but that is just 'monkey mind'

            Yep know all about "Monkey mind"

            That's where I am most of the time..

            Never done a retreat but thought about it often...

            If I'm REALLY in trouble, I start meditating 4 times a day for at least half an hour and I can get sane in a few days..

            I know I should do it every day but when things are ok, I forget.....
            What you perceive is what you believe, so make sure you look at things the right way....
