In't shed envy something to do with the ability of a male to disappear into their bat cave (oops I mean shed) for a few hours at a time 'pretending' to be very industrious, but really kicking back with their secretly installed TV, lounge and other hidden luxiouries which are cleverly disguised at rusty old bits of machinery and tools?
Or am I just bitter and resentful, and therefore full of 'shed envy' too?LOL

Well, bugger, bugger, bugger. So I'm all frocked up, applying the last bit of mascara when the phone rings to cancel the fabo lunch. (Let me tell you - I looked HOT!) One of the punters is crook and can we re-schedule for next Sunday - blah blah blah.

Harumph. I'd previously read the menu on-line and I was SOOOO going to have the prawns with macadamia sambal, followed by the duck breast on roast sweet potato with braised leek and a cumquat marmalade jus but ... I suppose I had to get over it.

Instead, my companion and I (hah - that's another thing... all restaurant reviewers refer to their 'companion'. I actually think that's a foodie word for 'root') - so, as I'm not a food reviewer, my companion (the shearer) and I went to the local pub for a beige meal. BORING!

Right now, at 4pm, I am again unfrocked, Ugg'd-up and debating whether I should wash this crap off my face or just wipe it on the pillow tonight. Decisions, decisions, decisions ...
