Hi guys .......... felt OK all morning, just nice and relaxed, no wooziness ........

Took my second dose at 12 and still feel good ..........

No cravings but then I don't get them early unless I've been on a real bender so the moderating the last few days has obviously helped ..........

Hi again, yes Macks 3rd lot taken and all the supps too ..........

I've slept all afternoon and don't know if that is the meds or because I hardly slept last nite

Normally at this time I would be opening a bottle of wine but I have no urge whatsoever, don't know that is because of the meds or sheer determination ......... whichever it is its working ............ so I wont knock it .........
