Morning all ......... WOW i feel really good this morning, up early and cleaned the house, can't believe I feel this good already!!!!!

Hi again everyone this is SOOOOO worth it ........... I went along to take my slimming group tonight and for the first time in ages I actually made an effort with my hair and make-up ......... please don't get me wrong I have never totally let myself go and not bothered but tonight I was back to making an extra effort, like I used to ...... IN ONLY 4 DAYS

WOW I got so many compliments it was unbelievable ........ it felt good!!!!!!

Baby doses of Librium to wean me off from tomorrow so I guess this is where the hard stuff starts but I am soooo determined .........
