    Medical question regarding not sleeping when on the wagon, Bridge...

    Do you need a script for Vallergan?

    Have tried Doxylamine but makes me all edgy and I can't lie still even though I'm sedated..

    Diazepam is wonderful but don't like taking them too often, re: Addictive Personality...LOL

      Waves, do the herbal ones help with sleep?..i.e. Valerian, etc? You probably tried all that stuff?

        Vallergan's over the counter in NSW, but has to be dispensed by a pharmacist. Not sure in Vic.
        Personally, I think antihistamine is a great way to go in terms of sleep problems. I find it effective, without the addictive potential associated with Benzo family, as you said.
        You still wouldn't want to use it long term. But you won't have sleeping probs long term. A couple of nights and I'm usually right. (another good reason)

            Getting about 6 hours sleep but having trouble falling asleep and waking several times a night..

            Still feel better in the morning than putting myself to sleep with 2 bottles of red though...

            Might see if I can get some Vallergan from my chemist Tomorrow..

                Oh yeah.....and Vallerian is natural, good but , to my mind not strong. Individual I suppose.
