          Tip, how are you feeling today? Sorry you had a bump yesterday .. I think most / all of us have experienced at least one, if not several... We're human afterall. Maybe you can think about what triggered it and use that against AL next time he rears his ugliness.... The important thing is you're not letting it get you down!

          Onward!

              Thanks for popping in and posting - it's a really nice boost :-)

              I'm feeling stronger today! Have been eating better - didn't touch food yesterday...

              Well, Cat & Deebs - only fair to show my face when the others did it, too! My tiger incarnation just has way more hair!!!

                      My wife is very nice - she pulls out the gray hairs that have started appearing...

                      Thanks, KTAB! Really starting to perk up. Had a nice traditional South African dish for lunch - tomato bredie, made with beef & potatoes in a sweet tomato sauce with lots of garlic.
