    Why?

    Hi,
I've been on nal for one month now. Cravings are way down, but I'm still drinking just as much. Does anyone know about how long it will take before I start drinking less?
    Thanks:

    Why?

I can't comment on the Nal but I can tell you that there was a time when I started out that although I wasn't craving I was still drinking. It had become just plain habit. Come home, change clothes, TV, wine. That was the routine. So you might consider changes things up a bit.
Cravings vs Habit.....its a fine line and usually a combination of both. You've change one, now try the other.

    Luck to you

      Thank you!

I know deep down inside that's part of the problem! I don't know if I'm being stubborn or what. I'm already a creature of habit so it's extra hard to change. I'm going to have to give it a try though!

        Why?

I too am stuck to routine. For me it's comforting. I carry my tea in a wine glass around with me now....how sad is that? LOL

        I figure whatever works.

Only you can decide how much you drink makingmyway.
It's a hard habit to break but it can be done. There is no silver bullet or pills that can make you stop drinking if you don't want to and I have a feeling you do. Do you have a target that you would like to achieve? If so you should go for it, and if not I think you should.
          Good luck.
