Ok. Waves and Tip. I challenge you both to go 30 days af, say, maybe from September 1st. What do you reckon? The time between now and then would give you time to prepare a plan, with maybe a test run or 2 of a few days in the mean time?

I'm on the Baclofen train, Mr. G. The intention is to go AF, not just for 30 days.
