    Ok gentlemen. The date is set. 30 day's alcohol free, starting September 1st. 2009. This should only go ahead, if the participants have sought medical advice and support, and it is safe to participate. We don't want anyone losing it, and talking knitting.

        Waves. My depression lifted immediately i stopped drinking, well, a few days later, and has not returned. Some minor stuff, but that's just how we wake up some days......

                      I had shrooms once in Thailand and went anaphalactic (Can't spell)

                      My whole face swelled up to twice it's size, my bollocks were the size of grapefruit, I had lumps the size of golf balls under my arms and I couldn't talk, then I started having trouble breathing...

                      Thank feck, I was with a Doctor mate of mine and he had an epi pen (adrenaline)

                      We were on an Island 4 hours from a Hospital (That's a long time not to breathe)

                      Still makes me shudder...

                            OMG! Was it the shrooms do you think or where you allergic to something else?
                            I am supposed to carry an epi pen around with me but I dont.
