    The heavens have just opened so I am going to have another coffee and see if it heals up before I venture out.

      well starts i am gone past the just the weight loss, now its all about toning up and keeping fit,i try to go 6 days a week,and yes it feels good,glad you had a great day yesterday,i was on the thread when you came back but when you ladies start yapping, phew you would want a motor bike to keep up,have a good day today have to go.:goodjob:
