    Army Thread 7th August

Been flat out Starts - I've got over being annoyed at myself for falling off the wagon, now just getting myself back on track.

You will be great at your new job because you have been there and done that, people who are having trouble will appreciate that.
It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.

I have been a bit lax lately too...

No point in wasting energy beating yourself up Zepps. Good on you for getting back.
I am in a bit of a quandry about that, I really am not ready to tell folk I have been there yet. But I am sure it will all sort itself out in time. I guess when I get to know some of them it will be easier.

I think so Opes, I am going to make a concerted effort to go for a run on Monday. Or maybe even Sunday. Cannot swim Monday as I working in afternoon and it will ruin my hair :-)

The best people to coach someone are those that have experienced what they are coaching.

Yes, that is very true Zepps. I can really empathise with them and also tell them what helped me. In time I will get more comfortable in what I will and wont talk about I am sure.

I don't think it will matter if you talk about your experiences Starts - but your empathy because of your experiences will help them all no end.
