Haven't tried using that on pet stains Bridge - the biggest problem, as my mother always yelled at me for is "GET YOUR BOOTS OFF, BEFORE YOU COME INSIDE". But in my defence they were lace up ones and I was in a hurryIt's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.

Fantastic!!
Your insight into your own addictions will help you to better understand those of others Starty. People don't need to know jow you came by it.
I really don't care who knows I'm an alkie anymore. I'm getting it sorted and that's what matters, though I completely understand anyone who doesn't want it known. I guess if I had a more responsible job it would be a lot different. I don't broadcast it though.
A new guy started at work yesterday and we were at lunch and he sneaked over to me and mentioned that he'd seen me once at an AA meeting. We got talking and then another guy asked what group we attended. His father is trying to quit and is nervous about going. It was a good 'meeting'.

Thanks Pops, it is more about the job front that I am reluctant to spew. In time, when I have started to prove myself, maybe I will be more comfortable.
Isnt it wonderful when sharing brings about healthy discussion and not judgement? I bet those guys felt heaps better for not having to hide it?
One day I am hoping it is not seen as such a stigma. I am not holding my breath tho.Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008
