    Good morning, All

    When you hear the tone, it will exactly 4.15 a.m. in Cape Town. ***beeeeeeeeep***

    You guessed it - the 1st day of a long weekend and I'm wiiiiiiide awake. Grrrrrrrrr!

    I guess I'll brew a cuppa, and have a slice of Ope's leftover cheesecake for breakfast

    Yay!!! Another nightime insomniac!
    I have no problem sleeping in the day or early evening. But mornings are another matter!
    You need to get into nanna naps, its the way to go...:-)

                        Morning Folks!
                        I got up at stupid o'clock. My cat was sitting on my chest and pawing my cheeks and purring at 5:15 so I let her out and couldn't get back to sleep. My house is now spick and span and shining like a new pin.
                        It's lovely here too.

                            Tip,
                            Here's a naughty recipe for you which takes 4 minutes to make and tastes DIVINE:

                            1 packet of tennis biscuits, crushed and 1/2 C butter added -- this is the base of the tart, so pat into a microwavable dish
                            Mix together 1 can condensed milk
                            with one large tub of Bliss yoghurt (any flavour) and pour on top of biscuit base
                            Microwave for 4 minutes

                            Stick in the fridge for an hour and then it's ready to eat
