Yeah well it was kinda my usual Saturday afternoon sortie......as you can imagine I cannot divulge all the information for reasons of national security.
I was cruising at 35,000 feet at Mach 1.5 and all of a sudden I have a flame out. I tried a relight but to no avail, spoke to my flight leader and he suggested another relight attempt.
As you can well imagine, the Typhoon glides like a half-brick so decided to punch out when I went though 10,000 foot......
And that, in a nutshell, is how I ended up dining on a wonderful assortment of yellowtail sashimi and the most excellent futo maki!
Well in actual fact it was no like that at all.......I punched out at 5,000 feet and ended up having salmon and tuna sashimi.......sorry, a little white lie.....
