3 Hours Sleep in the last 36-48 Hours

I hope that I can sleep a full night's sleep tonight. Going through withdrawal; I'm exhausted.
I've been walking, a long and crooked path. Come my restoration, wash my body clean...

It's awful not to be able to sleep, Iam just the same. I try to practice relaxation, it does help. Also camomile tea is good.
      sweet dreams.

Should be interesting if I get any sleep tonight. I really hope I do, I have an interview tomorrow.

I too am not getting a lot of sleep. Hang in there.

Maybe try some benedryl? My doctor recommended it to me to help with sleep since it's' non-addictive and even pregnant women can take it. I'm going to try one tonight and i'll let you know if it works.

Thank you everyone. Being awake almost 24 hours a day is a horrible thing when you are going through withdrawal. I think most of you know that. vlad, I hope you get some sleep tonight and are well rested for your interview tomorrow.

I'm so tired from all of this withdrawal. The symptoms have lessened considerable; my body is finally starting to relax somewhat.

Benadryl DOES help Mstall. I've used it before in the past. The only thing I dislike about benadryl is I wake up the next day with allergy symptoms, lol. But, the other choice is worse. I can deal with a runny nose and watery eyes much more than going without sleep.

how weird! considering benedryl is for allergies. I'll too take a runny nose over no sleep.

Well Tigger, you need to get some rest! BTW, I love the whole "poo" series. It's one of my favorite shows of all time and I LOVE Tigger.... Here are some Tigger quotes. I love the little guy.
