    LOL! I remember once coming back on a train from a day out, and there was a guy drunk, and his head was wedged between 2 seats - in a gap that was like half the width of his head.

      Good one Vladders, I look forward to hearing the positive feedback!

      Opes, yes got quite a busy day ahead. I have a "strategy" meeting with my social responsibility group so that we can fine tune our support for the soup kitchen and we are also going to be putting together a concept for the fund-raising video that I will produce.

      It is such an awesome feeling to see the kids being fed, particularly in winter, even though our winter is a relatively mild one!

          Heck, that must have been a sight! Imagine how that particular hangover felt......oops, my stomach has just done a rather unpleasant flip.....feeling positively nauseous at the thought!

                                Hope little one enjoys camp Opes and you have a great time at the pool.
                                Grimmers, thats great the work you do at the soup kitchen. That is a very worthwhile cause by the sounds of it.
                                Tig, really glad you got some sleep. The AA acronym for triggers is HALT. Hungry Angry Lonely Tired. Any one of those can be a major one. So should be avoided if at all possible.
