Today Was My Lucky Day!

Hi everybody.

I just had to make this quick post to let you know I'm lucky to be here today. I was driving on one of the freeways here and was just going onto a bridge when I noticed a car in front of me swerve erratically. Next thing I know, I am confronted with a massive site shed on a truck trailer charging toward me. I was about to swerve realizing I had cars either side of me. It was at that moment merely 2 seconds before this thing hit me, that it decided to turn and jumped the next lane coming to an almighty crash into the concrete barrier on the side of the freeway. How no one was injured or killed is beyond me. Today is certainly my lucky day!

I'm off to do 2 things this afternoon. 1. Buy a lottery ticket. 2. Visit Brown Gouge (they are a dry cleaner):H

I wonder if your reflexes would have been as good if you'd had a great big gutful the night before ? I wonder if sobriety has saved you in more ways than one ?

Funny you say that Bridge. I reckon It might have been a different story. I'd have probably been checking out the view of the city buildings or something not even really paying attention.
