hi everyone, wanted to say good morning as i say goodnite. still having trouble sleeping. today was day 9. looking forward to the double digits tomorrow. i am going to try to see my doc b/c i am still scared about some symptoms i am having. not sure i want to hear if anything serious is wrong but stupid to ignore.

good morning all,race to start a thread,hahah you folks are funny,back a while ago you mt not of raced to do anything, nowandzen the sleep is the last thing that improves,remember your taking something away from the brain that its happy with,its the rest of you that aint happy,it does improve,ive found you rally around the few hours that you do get at 1st then every once in a while you ll catch a good sleep,something to look forward to,yes,way to go Mario,i see a lot of young folks and older ones turning there lives around and going into the addiction field,not an easy career,but i do think it would be gratifying,i to am looking into it rt now,i wont be going back to the old job,like the care of the elderly,it is becoming one of the largest fields to work in,now the wages have to move up also,everything takes time,but soberly it will come around i beleive much easier gyco

Absolutely! I've delegated and apportioned blame, as usual. Now I'm just walking about glowering (had practice with the slaves this weekend).
