Opal, big loves to you from across the water hope the day passes by ok.
I'm on day 3 now and feeling strong - been for walk and managed to lose 2 and half pounds at weight watchers so slightly less tubby sooty today!
Just got to keep it up now and keeping off the dreaded stuff will help.

Hi All,
It's amazing what a good fitting bra can do for a girl?!? I bought a couple of bras a couple of months ago and must have forgotten I bought them. I found the bag and put one on and I'm amazed at how well it fits and how well it looks. Off to the store later to find more of this model. Foundation is really the key, isn't it girls? Sorry to all the men currently reading.

I feel a bit proud....even though I went on a month tangent, it has been a year (August 5th) since I quit drinking. I thought about it after I saw Oney's anniversary thread and realized that I made the plunge to quit 8/5/08. I did have a month off line but I still consider my year as successful. I am proud and feeling pretty darn good about myself.

I hope everyone has a great, sober day....I have to run to the hair dryer, then off to work. Ger will be with me today and I have a visit with the Dist Mgr so I have to keep positive!

Wow Kriggy, yes, of course its been a year for you too. Yes, you have done fantastically. I rememeber you were on the verge of going to rehab? And yet you didnt. You have done great and you should feel very proud! It would have been so easy to give up and slip into your old ways. But you didnt, and not only that you are helping Ger too....Big hugs Kriggy, you are a star!!

Oh yes, a good fitting bra is priceless :-)
