                      With my aunt and coming down with a cold or something, I barely thought of drinking today. And when I did it was to remind myself to not drink.

                      I PROMISE NOT TO DRINK TOMORROW!
                      I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

                      Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

                      Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                          I'm all good Starts - been there, done that - so I have a head's up on what to expect. Just using half a diazepam in the morn so I don't get the shakes and feel like fainting.

                                Thanks Ronnie - I now know that I can not moderate at all so it has to be a big fat nothing for me, and I'm fine with that now. There is no al in the house at all so if I get stressed out too bad for me, so I just have to get over it until the cravings pass.
