Morning lovelies!

Not quite light here yet, I can feel the days getting shorter now which is a shame. I am hoping that this year, I dont get that winter depression that often plagues me.
Got a few tools in my arsenal to avoid it, so heres hoping!

Hi Grimmers!
Do you suffer with winter depression?
I was better last year. It was my first year not drinking and it did make a big difference. But still I wasnt as good as I think I could be.

Nah Starts, haven't really battled with winter blues specifically......just general blues related to the continuous onslaught of hang-overs and omnipresent guilt.....

Thank heavans they are well and trully gone.....thanks in no small measure to my exposure to all of you on MWO!

Morning Folks!
It looks like a beautiful day is in store.
I'm off to see my grandkids this morning before work. I haven't seen them for a couple of weeks now so I'm a little excited.
I get the winter blues occasionally starty. Nothing heavy, I just need natrual warmth and daylight I think.
Well, I'd better go and give the little tykes their tickles.
I hope that we all have a lovely day.
