That is sad Tig. The drinking culture among the young in this country is horrific.
My mum was watching a prog this morning where young girls were so drunk they were wetting themselves in the street.

Here too, but to a lesser extent, I think.

Our biggest problem is Foetal Alcohol Syndrome in the winelands. Can you believe that until fairly recently, farm workers received part of their salaries in the form of wine?
