:H:H Now THAT is a scary thought!

I've just realised - my liver is actually feeling much better lately. Yay!

Hooray for happy old livers, I reckon if my liver could bite me it would. Now my lungs are yelling "Hey bitch face, why does he get a break?"

My lungs will have to wait, I'm afraid...

Kicking smoking in the arse is next Tips but not the two together or I'd turn into THE MEGA BEAST

Ditto here. I've been tracking Deeb's sugar-free thread, but that is not even a REMOTE possibility right now. I've fallen into the habit of having a double latte and choc brownie for breakfast every morning.

I also like the name of the shop I buy it from: Crave. Ever so slightly ironic that an alkie visits them daily.

Yep, Spring is on its way in the south, thank goodness. Where's Deebee? I'm new and have a whole lot of questions about the supplements. Day 6 AF today!!! Was quite concerned about what Mario said to someone re day 5 not necessarily being the worst of withdrawal. i had my worst day on day 4, and hoped that was it. I am feeling fine so far, but would like to know what to expect. Advice, please?

                        Have a great day!

Hi Sun great going on day 6!!!
For me, the first week was the worst with shakes, vomiting, sweats and generally feeling yukky. Then once I felt physically better, I got some anxiety for a few weeks. But I was able to help that with supps.
I took GABA, True Calm and valerian for anxiety, Kudzu and Lglutamine for cravings. They really helped me.
Not everyone goes through a tough time withdrawing. You might well not have any further symptoms.
                        Keep going!

Not smoking saves me from drinking! Its like a protective barrier between me and the booze and vica versa - very handy that! Although giving up either one is hard I reckon that it is easier or more common to relapse on the booze rather than on the fags. I wonder why that is? Any other news?

Great thanks Zepps. I just heard today that I have been accepted on a course at uni. Start in September.
Trying to get a bit of housework done today but my god, is that a boring pastime or what???
How are you feeling? Will you sleep tonight?
