Hey there boozie, I'm finding I'm not smoking as much because I'm not drinking.
Starts - I slept like a baby last night, here's hoping I can do the same tonight. As I said earlier I had a terrible time sleeping when I was cutting way down the drinks last week so I didn't have such crappy withdrawals. Might have just done the trick. It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.

Hey Tip
I was loading up on the sugar and cakes for the first few months - I initially thought my alcoholism/nicotine addictions had been masking an eating disorder. In fact I ate so much I had to walk around with my head tilted back so the food didnt just all out by itself... I needed a flip top head.
I never had a sweet tooth before - probably cos I got enough from all the wine.

Thanks Tig. I was saying to a friend this morning that for once I feel so comfortable in what I am doing. It is showing me how very wrong my last job was me.

Yes I was fat pig but I didnt really care as at that point it was a lesser evil than the other two. I have the photos to prove it! That was before you met me as the running had got rid of some of it by then. Before you say it I know I still have some way to go.
Fantastic news about the course for both you and Oney. Funny how the world works isnt it.

When I went from drinking all day to a complete stop last year, my withdrawals were terrible. I felt like I was going to pass out all the time, so I wasn't too keen about going through that again. It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.
