Hi Betty...yes im still taking the vit B, I think my no energy is a catch up from last week I was sooo busy plus I have had alot of mental stress this week, im sure I will be fine though

Mr G my brother played the drums and he was very good at it but he lives in Bulgaria now, although of course his drums were shipped out to him, he once played at the Marque in London where Phil Collins first started off.

hIYA bETTY. (those caps look so strange, thought i'd keep them. almost punk.) Lot's of women play the trusty Les Paul too, Betty. And before you ask, no, i haven't been making yoga a priority of late. But have sourced some long board shorts for future classes. Rocket sounds great! Must start planting err......something!

Snow peas " the crunchy snap " in a good stir fry !!!
The snow pea (Pisum sativum var. macrocarpon) is a legume, more specifically a variety of pea eaten whole in its pod while still unripe. It is one of the earliest-known cultivated plants, with evidence of having been cultivated in a region that is now along the Thailand-Burma border, 12,000 years ago.

Also on a musical note 40th anniversery of Woodstock.....
