Thats brilliant. It feels like such an achievement doesnt it?
Just having the energy to manage simple day to day things is wonderful!
I have had blips in my energy levels with trying to sort out my prozac dosage but even so, its nothing compared with the 24/7 hangover feeling.

hiya starts & zeps,
Of to the gym soon and feeling more determined than ever,Aa yesterday was good,it brings you back down to reality,just in case you forget where you have journeyed from,The meetings i go to on thursdays is (dont no if this is the right word)rough,with lots of anger there against everything.but its good to go and i will keep on going.how are is everyone here.
