Pops that sounds like a good plan and do you know what, you will enjoy yourself even more knowing you worked hard and earned that break. I know exactly what you mean about the energy levels, I probably have lots more now because I am way more active than I used to be when perched at the bar, if that makes sense.

Shhesh appoligies to the cat, I forgot her/him. Hope your having something nice for bekkie. I had my usual big bowl of wholegain porridge with dried friut, a bucket of strong black coffee and some wholegrain toast.
Looks like it is clearing up soon so I will have no excuse not to get out there and working.

I couldn't find a puncture repair kit for my bike. The town's going to hell. It's all charity shops, tanning salons and pubs. Looks like I'll be walking today, which is OK.

Soccer practise cancelled Whoppee the weather here is rain rain and more rain, we have this for another week as well.....I thought Australia were meant to have lovely weather.........guess I got that wrong....

Hello Ronnie nice to see you hon, we have the rain too but it is soft rain and its warm. Well it had better be I suppose seeing as it is the middle of summer.
