Howdy folks, just read back through a few pages, boy lots of people around here today. Well another friday night is upon us, planning a quiet night in with DW. Then in the morning I will finally get my self back to the gym, its been two weeks since I have been there and a week since the pool. Putting my back out really knocked my schedule for ten.

It is an addiction centre. The clients there have all sorts of issues on top of their addictions. Helping them with "life skills" is part of the programme.
