Morning Punters.
Well, confessions are in order.
Not only did I fall off the wagon night before last, but I now feel as if I was dragged behind it for several kilometres as well.
Thank God Reggie stayed up with me playing music last night, or I may well have gone for the trifecta.
Oh well....back to the old drawing board....I'll just take some of my own advice and take another run at it .
On the bright side , it is a great day out there, and I for one am going to take full advantage of it.

Sorry Wavey....but you know the saying ladies first..... so I thought I would post on this thread.
Hey Bridget, its good to see your not beating yourself up over your slip, my god you have done so well, are you going to start modding now?
I must admit it is going through my mind again to mod. the last time I modded I had no plan in order at all but I am just going to go with the flow for now.
How are you feeling today hon?
Well the sun has come out at long last but I reackon we are in for some more rain!!!!!

Brilliant day here - actual singlet weather. Outdoor speakers are turned up to LOUD and I'm listening to The Skiffle Sessions with Van Morrison, Lonnie Donegan, Chris Barber, Dr. John. How can you be unhappy with that blasting across the paddock?

Oh don't get me wrong Ronnie...it wasn't pretty. I still feel like shite....we are NOT talking about a couple of harmless glasses of red here.
Bridget does nothing by halves. Not a moderate bone in my body, I fear.

The sad thing was, as I was walking into the bottle-O, there was a loud, clear voice in my head that said 'I REALLY HATE you Bridget'.
I mean this very literally. I actually thought I HEARD it for a second there. I have never said that to myself before. Ever.

As for moderating mate.... only you can make that decision for yourself. But I have to say that was exactly my train of thought before things got messy.I woke up with the screaming shits about something else entirely, and started the old 'if I want a bloody glass I'll have one...I'm 44 years old BLA BLA BLA...'

Yeah, you're right Tawny. I'll just put my joggers on, run along side the wagon until I can jump back on board.:H:H:H

Bridge, accepting that you feel shite drinking is tough. Learning to deal with triggers is even tougher. You can and will do it though, the fact you are here and you stick around here is a great start.
