Good Morning Troopers, it is not too bad looking out there, lets make the best of it eh? Yeh I agree there is always sadness around change, touches on old wounds, but change is healthy and exciting and I think it is great when people are ready and recognise that they can move on, kinda like a bird in a nest. I am off for a swim havent had one for a while so looking forward. Talk soon.
