I'll be dipping in and out all day. My husband's on holiday this week and he's like an overexcited schoolboy. Just chucked him out to the gym. We're having a staycation ( i.e. we can't afford to go away.)

Hey all. Gee all this talk of lunch and I've yet to have brekkie! I do believe I hear the honeydew melon calling me. I was looking for something this AM and had to drag all kinds of stuff out of the spice cabinet. sprinkled a bit of cinnamon and a couple drops of liquid stevia in my coffee. Shite! On the day I want to restrict the number of cups, I do something that makes it taste yummy. Grrr.
