Good morning all,
Another day in paradise here.
I'm off to play tennis with my Mum and the old birds this morning - they run me ragged!!! But it's a nice change to get into the fresh air for a run around.
I did an 'RPM' class yesterday (stationary bike - sweating buckets) and today my arse is extremely sore.
I had a big chuckle when reading about the tree and stump removalists yesterday 'we're always looking for a root' - hehehe. That's gold.

Hi Everyone
Just quickly checking in before the school run, Im still in pain but at least I have now made an app. at the doctors for tomorrow, Mr G I will try and rest it but as you know its not easy!!!!!
Its raining AGAIN here so a good excuse to stay in and put my feet up (hopefully). I still have my eldest off school oh yes I forgot I have to go and see the accountants today.

Kids have gone back to school, so am home alone.

Angel - spinning is next on my list after bodypump, I'm going to do my first pump class tomorrow, so it'll probably take me a week to recover! I do have a gel saddle cover, so will make sure to take it along when I start spinning - I remember the pain!

More tradies through the house today.
I'm starting to think I just book them so I can perv on them.....hhmmm....what else needs doing around here?
The place is really shaping up though. I can't believe after 10 years I can almost say 'finished'.
And there is NO way I could have pushed this along (and done quite a lot myself) if I'd been drinking like a Guns and Roses groupie.

Evening all hope a good day was had. Mine was like pulling teeth with out the numby stuff for the gums. Ho hum tommorrow shall be better. Tawny I'm with you on the house needing a major botox injection after 10 years....Bridget as for looking at tradesman I see them and get a vision of financial rack and ruin... while you no doubt just see them tied to a rack muscles bristling with the raw smell of man scent!!!... Any way another early night for me Jammie trousers firmly welded on so none of that scurrilous behaviour for me!!!!
