Welcome to another sober day.
Off to see my counsellor this morning. Usually have major panic attacks, but actually looking forward to it today.
Then shopping with the Hubs. Then a bit of Wii drumming this afternoon.

The only thing I still can't get my head around is the need for exercise. The thought makes me go GRRRRRRRRR....... :upset:

hi ktab,hope you are well,re the gym,i dident go today. i go just 4 days a week,i was told that is enough by the instructor.i do feel great and healthy from it,but iam still waiting for the mussels from brussels to happen.

Hi Jackie, I havent spoken to you in a while, hope it went well with your daughter.
Tips I did zilch bar the odd walk with the dogs when drinking but I really got into the swimming and gym thing about 3 months ago and it is such a natural buzz. I am hooked, recommend it 100%
Hi Betty, nice to see a fellow gym enthusiast.
Mario 4 days a week sounds plenty, I go twice but try and swim 5 times. Been a bit tough to find the time though recently. Havent been since sat, hope to get there later today.

Hello Mario and Betty and of course KTAB (I was thinking about you today and wondering how you were).

Betty a headlamp is a mini torch thingy with elastic on it and you wear it on your head to keep your hands free. (I think my elastic is a bit tight) Jeepers I'm still chuckling about my self-induced headaches.

KTAB,
It turned out that her last pay cheque had bounced and she was absolutely penniless. Bank of Ma and Pa to the rescue. She came for dinner last night and she was a completely different girl. Although she's 22 she's still my baby. It was joyous to see the turnaround in just 4 days.
