      Hi Starty, Tip and Marion,
How the heck are you three?
What and eye opener, I bet, Starts! That would be hard for me to see....I would probably want to leave the vacinity ASAP. How did you handle it Starty?
It is an absolutely gorgeous day in Utah today!

              Hi Kriggy!

I was OK, I had to get help as I was playing cards with him at the time...then it all seemed to happen in slow motion. I am a bit shocked but OK really.,

                        Mario,
Sorry to hear you had seizures in your past.....another reason to keep the drink at arms length, huh?

Start, Do you use melatonin? I haven't tried it yet, but that is where I would go if I needed something. I tried Trazadone a couple of times and it immediately makes my head congested to the point that I can't breathe well.....then I have a really hard time going to sleep. It is really weired, to say the least.

I dont think we can get that over here Krigs.
I think it will resolve itself fairly soon. I will probably be sleeping for England next week :-)
I have heard Trazadone is addictive?

I'm taking Melatonin about 30mins before bed, while I'm having my last cup of tea (Rooibos - a caffeine-free herbal tea). Its not doing much for me, I must say, but I'll keep on taking it just in case it needs time in my system...

I'm just not into sleeping tablets - they make me feel worse than having a hangover...

I have a NEW client coming in early this morning to meet me and discuss using me as his agent. I have another late today....things are starting to come together in the office. Our efforts are paying off. Ger is getting trained and soon will be a big help to me in the day-to-day running of things. I have to rush upstairs to the shower....I'll brb. Don't go away you guys.
