Good morning lovelies

I slept better but still only got about 5 hours last night.
Its a "work" day today and am really looking forward to helping out at the drop in centre. I am hoping that some of the clients that were there the other week will be again today. It would be nice to see some continuity and start to build some relationships.

Zepps, I read about Missy Spice.....whoops, my vibes must have been a bit off that day..sorry

Sunbird, you must be hitting day 12 today? Good stuff!

OK folks, I need to get the dogs walked so have a wonderful sober day all.

lost a kitty this mourn, down to 3 yellows. :upset:
pets greet me when i arrive home from work.
the dogs and cats are BEST buds!!!

Yep day 12 today Starts. Off to Krugersdorp-that's west of Jhb, to help out the admin at a hospital. Back at 3pm. Have a great day.

Zeppy & Sun: way to go! I'm proud of you.

Grim & Sun: I hope the shivers I sent your way aren't too bad :-) The weather has improved overnight, so I'm sure warmer weather is on its way!

I also managed to get 5 hours sleep last night - an improvement on the three hours the night before.

I've just made a revelation - I just came in from the dishies with a headache, exactly like the one I had last night at about the same time - It's my bloomin headlamp pressing on my head. Phew I thought it was the copious amounts of coffee I've been drinking lately

My productivity has actaully been steadily improving, Zeps! I think the depression was making me avoid the realities of what needed to be done. I can slowly feel it getting better, and so has my work ethic :-)

But not to worry, I'll still be in and out of here.

That's good sweat, I think. Or perspiration, if you will :-)

Over and above work, I've even done my tax return for the past year, home DIY is almost up to date (partly thanks to what Wavey referred to as my "slaves", but nevertheless), I know what is going on in my life financially (yup - opened a stack of statements about a mile high), my municipal taxes and the remainder of school fees for the year have been paid... I had just left everything lying there...
