    Just need to finally crack it an be AF, I know that for a little pain, a new world will open to me...

            Cool Waves. Why not try a couple of little af stretches to start with. For me, trying to imagine a whole life without al, was far too stressful. This is why i keep coming back to the 30 days af thing. It's a really good mental exercise at the least.

                      Waves. If it's any consolation re the af life. I don't struggle these days. Obviously the odd al thoughts, but it's not a part of my day anymore. Our brain really does start to re-wire, repair, and forget that old habit, and it will foster new habits. Still early day's for me, but just an observation for you as to where i'm at right now.
