I hope so - you have no idea how much!

But I haven't been plagued by the same "drinking thinking" (thanks, Mr. G) to the same extent as previous Fridays. You know - the pressure to make highly detailed plans to keep away from the bottle, but those bloody thoughts of AL lurking there the whole time.

hi all, Alex had a good report on is lazy eye, he was able to read up to the second last line, the doc was amazed, he said 'this is down to your perserevance cos I was ready to give up on him a yr ago', I refused to give up, I said I will continue on patching if it kills both of us and its worked out great! Im so happy, 2 yrs ago hed only 5% vision from his left eye!!
