Hi Troopers,

You all seem very peppy today-is that cos its Friday?

Went out last night, where everyone else was drinking AL, and I can honestly say I did not feel like joining in at all! No Cravings!

I feel as if I have been treated very mercifully by God, in terms of cravings, withdrawal symptoms and a resolute will to be AF.

Day 14 today, and ODAT I think I'm going to make it.

I still have the challenge of getting through a trip to Mauritius the 10 - 15 Sept, so please keep all you good vibes and prayers coming my way.

I've got an exercise bike going for free. It did nothing for me. Mind you trying to ride it with a glass of wine in one hand and cigarette in the other might not have been a good idea!

It's now retired to the garage. Along with the stepper.
Our garage is such a mess. Someone a while ago broke into it. Obviously saw the heap and decided not to bother. It also contains 8 bikes, ranging from toddler bikes to mountain bikes. Any offers kindly accepted,but you've got to find them first.
