    Army thread 22nd August

Hi Pops, thats great that you are sounding so good.

      Army thread 22nd August

Grimmers, about 3 months in, I suddenly got horrendous cravings, nothing I did would help me settle. It lasted about 2 days and passed as quickly as it came.
I have heard that big milestones seem to be trigger points so 30, 60, 90, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and so on can be tough for many of us.
Just know that it will pass and you will feel stronger when it does.

Mine is capsules and it amounts to 3000mg over the day, a lot less than you both take. The label said "do not exceed the stated dose", I am such a wimp. So if I take more that should help the desire to eat crap?
I think more will definitely help you gold. Its a very safe supp to take.

Thanks for the encouragement Starts (you're a real darlin' ), today really caught me unawares. To all intents and purposes the journey up to now has been a bit of a doddle.....Just goes to show, there is no place for complacency!

Its horrible when it hits isnt it? All of a sudden you feel so vulnerable. I even thought for a while that I wouldnt be able to continue. Now that was stinking thinking :-)
I doubt these will plague you very often Grimmy, but when they do, dont let the bstards grind you down!!
                Thats an order!!!

Must confess that I don't do vulnerable well Starts so this afternoon has been an eye opener! I will however, follow your order to the letter General Titanium Starts!

They haven't built bastards strong enough to grind down my determination!

I am hoping some of my energy returns and I can get some chores done. Oh and go and see my mum...
