Fine thanks Ktab, it's my 30'th day AF today a bit of a milestone for me. I'm planning to follow it up with more of them, in perpetuity I hope.

It's annoying when you plan to do the garden and then it rains, especially as it makes things grow even more.

A plan is good or I will just vegetate in front of the computer and tv for the day. I am lucky that I live very close to where the mountains reach the sea so within a couple of miles either direction I can take the dogs walking by the sea or in the forests which keeps it interesting.

Ah thats great Gold, 30 days is a big milestone imo. For me I think it was then that I first realised that this is really working and I can achieve long term sobriety.

Tip, you are doing so well-hapopy day 3!
Gold, day 30, that's huge, congrats!
Off to breakfast out with the family, and the daughter and I will try to find something to wear in Mauritius. Going to have to go for a spray tan, as winter has left me looking quite pale :H
