I have this firm belief that the automobile industry is there for a reason and that is to provide safe, comfortable conveyance so that running is not required. That said, I am envious of the people I see running for exercize.....

Sunny, day 16 is fabby! Treating yourself is a great idea too. I cannot begin to say how much exercise helps me and my demeanor. Not killing myself, but just making sure I do something each day even if its just walking....

Me too Sunnie, although I am interested in the LBJs, it is the Raptors that hold my attention. I was involved with them for many years and was saying earlier to Starts that I really would like to get involved again. More so in the conservation side of things as opposed to falconry even though the two work very closely together.

It is so cool to see there are a number of nature lovers on this forum! MWO rocks! :H
