Hey Starts! Well done on the running! You are a far braver soul that I am. I have this firm belief that the automobile industry is there for a reason and that is to provide safe, comfortable conveyance so that running is not required. That said, I am envious of the people I see running for exercize.....

Hi Grim and Starts,
Just got back from some retail therapy! And checking in on day 16.
So pleased you are having a better day today, Grim.
Starts, I am determined to do something about excersize this week -- I am sooo unfit, its shameful!
Otherwise, what news. Where's Tip? Hi Tippy!

Hi Zenners and Sunny!
Zenny, If I am running round the hood, you are coming with me
Sunny, day 16 is fabby! Treating yourself is a great idea too. I cannot begin to say how much exercise helps me and my demeanor. Not killing myself, but just making sure I do something each day even if its just walking....Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008

I was involved with them for many years and was saying earlier to Starts that I really would like to get involved again. More so in the conservation side of things as opposed to falconry even though the two work very closely together.
