Yep, I think wales will be good, I've no idea as of yet how it will happen.

I'm planning to take my boy standard to agility zeps I think he would really like it, whether I am up to it is another matter :H

With drinking I would never have entertained the idea, not that I drank in the day but it left me in a 'can't be arsed' state for a lot of the time.

Morning guys, I am grand thanks, how is everyone?
I was planning on getting an early strat made on the garden but it has been pouring down on night and no sign of it letting up for some time. So I think a full workout in the gym followed by a swim and steam is on the cards instead.
