Grimmers, my porrdge thankfully has all gone in the right place :-)

We all get days where its tough and we cant see the woods for the trees, just as when we were drinking. I had to accept a while ago, that just being sober is not the answer to ALL my problems but it really does help!!

Tristi is beautiful, I love watching Birds of Prey in action. I think that would be wonderful for you to get involved in that again.

Hello KTAB, thanks mate! Yes i suppose it would be my first choice. They are birds perfectly suited and adapted to their environment. As arboreal hunters that are without match, fast, incredibly agile and super-powerful for their size. I will try to dig up some other piccies from the archives to show some of my other birds...but first....breakfast!

I am grand ta Starty. Had 1 drink last night in my new modd mode, no cravings for a second so, so far so good. Mind you up at 8 am on a sunday morning grooming the dogs FFS, this sober lifestyle has a lot to answer for
Off to the gym/swim soon seeing as the planned gardening is a wash out.
Where is Opal these days, I know she is on holiday but has she clocked in here at all?

Yep, I agree with you there Zepps, for me though if I get overtired I dont sleep, if I get a nana nap in during the day, strangely enough I seem to sleep better at night.
