Hey All,
It's funny (not ha ha funny) that a few people had an odd day yesterday.

I spent most of the day brooding. Not thinking about AL at all. But just the world situation, Libya, health service in the US, the skirt I'm supposed to mend for my daughter.

I've just realized I've not got super powers.

Feel much better today.

About ?10. Just looked up the NZ exchange rate I think that's about 20 - 25 dollars.

You wouldn't believe I used to work in a bank doing foreign currency.

We only have lamb when my son's not here. He hates it.
He went through a long period of being a veggie at the grand old age of 3.

Nurses and docs told me not to worry about it. On the other hand my daughter would eat a raw cow if she was hungry. (LOL)

Good Morning Troopers alot of energy here this morning! Well done Tip on day 2, Gold great news on day 30, wonderful news all around. I just had a very nice swim and sauna, so feel nice and refreshed for the day. It looks as if it is a dull overcast day so probably will go to the local garden centre see what is on offer there and read the papers! Happy sober day everyone.

Hi guys!
Hows things?
I have had a relaxing day except I RAN round to my mums house a couple of miles away. I havent run for a while so I am pretty pleased with myself that I did it. Now I am trying to work up some enthusiasm to pick up a duster.....
I just read Tigs story which knocked me for six...when we get to know someone and then hear what they have endured it can be very shocking cant it?
