Army Thread 24th August
Hi Army,
Just a pop in to read and laugh and found Tip and Zeppers doing so well. :l:l
Tip, the sleep will come. It is part of alcohol withdrawal to do without sleep for a bit. Once you do start sleeping again, it is real sleep and it is refreshing.
Zeppie, I so know the hidden bottles and the sneaking off to get a sip in here and there. It is such a feeling of freedom to shed that behavior.
Hi everyone else. Hope all are having/had a wonderful Monday.
Love,
CindiAF April 9, 2016

But I'm actually feeling great!
If it carry's on then maybe look at L-Theanine or other natural remedies.
Knowing you, you are too buzy bouncing on the bed before bedtime and THAT's why you aren't getting enough sleep.:danthin::jumpin:"The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it"

I do take Melatonin about 1/2 hour before bedtime, but its not doing much...
I'm sure its just part of withdrawal, though.I'll do whatever it takes

Sweet dreams Wavey!
Hiya Cinders:-)
Tigger, I've been meaning to ask you -- where did you buy your Bac from? I have another script but medical aid won't pay this time so I'm thinking maybe to buy it on-line.
Also my Doc is being super cautious and doesn't want to up my dosage to more than 30mg a day -- nothing is happening at 30!"The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it"

It wasn't that it was extremely graphic, it's the concept I can't get out of my head, I've been thinking about it all blooming day.
guess that's what makes a good film thoughI love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

I've also placed an order with inhouse pharmacy. They were a lot cheaper than 4RX or so I thought. I got an email from them today, stating that they could only guarantee delivery to SA if it was couriered by FedEx. That took the totla to $141 - close to what 4RX charges.
Your doc IS super cautious - I'm currently on 240mg per day. It is likely that you'll need way less than I do - seems to work at much lower doses for most people. At this rate it is very expensive - about R3000 a month. But put that in perspective i.t.o. what I was spending on alcohol, and its actually less... plus I'll start to get my health back. Not to mention things like my relationship with my family.I'll do whatever it takes
