            Hi Mario!
            All is good here thanks, I am just calling round for some travel insurance at the mo. Apparently because I have depression and take anti depressants, I am a bigger risk so of course they are trying to clobber me with premiums which is a bit of a bugger....

            How are you? Are you feeling any better than you have been? You are going through some stuff right now arent you?

                    yes i am going through a little bit of a crappy time,especially with anger,but i am with good people and hope fully it will improve,have to run check in later have a great day starts

                      Gold: I have also stopped taking a capsule containing Codeine (called Myprodol). I need to eliminate any other possible addictions... I wasn't taking a lot, but just won't buy again.
