    Army Thread 25th August

Good morning from the land of no-nod. I'm feeling pooped but sober. Can you return the favour and make me a cuppa, Opes? And squirrel, I KNOW you're lurking :-)

Good man Tips. I'll wear those (((.))) I'd even wear more swishy ones, like {{{.}}} but I will NOT wear those throbby yellow/orange/gooby/hearty ones.

Bloody cold in sunny Oz at nearly 4pm on A Cold August Night.

            Sorry Starts - x-posted. Hi!

Still fairly bad, Starts. I still had to change t-shirts, otherwise I get the shivers because its winter and the nights get quite cold (around 5C). But at least I wasn't completely drenched, with sweat literally dripping off me, like Friday and Saturday night.

Did you have a productive day outside or was the weather too crappy?

                  Morning all and evening Tawny!

Pleased to see everyone fine this bright and early.
Pretty chills here today but at least the sun is shinning.

Are you drinking LOTS of water Tigger?
I know you love your lattes and brownies but this is the Sugar Police checking up on you

If you're not careful, I'm going to sneak some sugar into you :-)

I'm drinking lots of water and Rooibos, Deebs.

I think the whole withdrawal thing just caught me a bit unawares. AF came sooner than I expected, and somehow I never read up on it much. Hopefully I won't ever have to learn that lesson ever again

I've actually stopped buying the brownies, but I'm sipping on a latte as we speak :-)

I will confess to having a Belgian eclair last night. Bad Tigger!

Ohhh, you are making my mouth water just thinking of the eclair! I used to make them all the time:-(

I read somewhere the other day that you should up your Vitamin C intake to 1000mg per day when detoxing -- it helps your body heal itself.

Hi Tip, Tawney and Starts and all,

Just dropping in to check you're all behaving nicely this August morn/eve?
Tip, you're doing so well, seeing as going Af was prior to pre-planned launch. but Maybe sometimes its better to close your eyes, hold your snout and just dive right in?

Any sign of Tawny? She's having a lot of trouble with the high winds. I'll hang around a bit and see if she appears.
                              Proud to be SLIGHTLY SLOVENLY.:wavin:
