Hello guys looks like everyone arrived here just as I went to bed at 2.30. I am back in the land of the living now thankfully. I definitely do not suffer from insomnia just a lot of work needed finishing and today should be a lot handier TG.
How is your dad Deebee?, must be tough not being able to visit.

Good Morning Army, this is so confusing, please dont do this to me first thing! What is wrong you with you people who cannot sleep, how can you possibly function the next day? It is a wet dark one here and I fear summer is gone. I have an ingrown toenail that is driving me mad, I dont like messing with it. Wishing you all a happy sober day. KT it is great to see you back.

Good day Folks!
I hope today finds you as cheery as it does me.
Sleep, or the lack of it, seems an issue with a lot of us here. Fortunately, I've always been blessed with a well functioning sleep gland. I had a wierd dream last night. I was an inhabitant of a cartoon land and I was in charge of beer production. I was very good at it apparently, for all the other character's found my beer to be the best they had ever tasted. Pish and Tosh! I made beer a few times, and it was horrible, probably because I didn't give it the chance to mature before imbibing. I had the squits for days.
I've been quite busy of late, which I enjoy. I have a 'to do' list as long as my arm, which, by the way is 35".

Strange as an mood/head space...

Woke up 2 days ago feeling edgy, it built up to feeling quite uncomfortable.....

I drank a bottle of red over 2 hours, post work and am on my second Diazepam (feeling better)

It was like someone has been slipping speed into my drinks for the last few days..

I've been sensible with my drinking and no stress...

I know it's anxiety but there is no reason for it, I just feel dizzy and "not real" for 2 or three hours out of the day...

I normally just watch it and let it pass but I'm getting caught up again...

And yes, I am a little mad , only sometimes

Is it like a kinda panic attack Wavey..not a real bad one but a touch of the anxiety. I get that sometimes..edgy and nervous and generally weird....like I took something but I know I didn't.
